NO REFUNDS on any iBalance Spa Services 

All Gift Certificates have a 1year Expiration Date. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

All Packages cannot be shared, per person only purchase. All Packages have a 3 Month Expiration date. Check package expiration date.

Please arrive 5-10 mins prior to your session, if you are late, you Will Not receive the full duration of service.

Our automated confirmation message is sent out via text or email 24 hrs prior to your appt, however, this service is a courtesy, and it is your responsibility to show up to your scheduled appt. 
 

Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated by our iBalance Team, please do so in cash at time of service as we do not allow tipping on a credit or debit card at time of checkout.

No Show/Same Day Cancellation Policy: We require a 24hr notice otherwise full service will be charged or 1 session package credit forfeited.  In order to complete a purchase for any service, you will be required to check the box indicating you have read and accept our policies.  Your credit card number must be provided at that time and you will be charged for the service if you do not show up and have not given the required 24 hour cancellation notice.
