• We require 24hr cancelation notice or Full-Service Price will be Due.
• We require all clients to have an active/valid card on file. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Gratuity can be done in cash or via Venmo, Zelle, Cash-App to your therapist.
• All Gift Cards have a 1yr Expiration from date of purchase.
• If you arrive late, you will only receive the remaining duration of your session.
• There will be NO REFUNDS Issued on iBalanceSpa packages, Gift Cards or Novum Massage Memberships. NO REFUNDS. 
• Please arrive 5 -10 minutes prior to your session.
• All package durations must be fully booked, a lesser duration from a package purchase will require full payment or forfeit of any unused credits.
